You are low-level Cobra operatives, hand-picked (volun-told) by the ambitious Lt. Livid to carry out a dangerous infiltration mission against a lightly guarded G.I. Joe Mobile Command Center. The goal is simple: steal a classified data core, cause some mayhem, and escape before the Joes realize what’s happening. Whether you succeed or fail, one thing is certain: Lt.
