Experience a guided imagery exercise to unlock creativity, fuel imagination, enhance concentration and bring inspiration into your life.

We will begin this event with a group discussion about what a guided meditation is and by answering any questions you may have. Once the meditation begins, I will invite you to close your eyes and to follow my voice while using your imagination. Everyone experiences unique images and sensations during this process. After the meditation, you will have the opportunity to share your experience, though this is entirely optional. Even if you choose to remain quiet throughout the event, you will leave feeling inspired and rejuvenated.
